The Live Availabilty Map (LAM) has two views; Map View  / List View

The Map view will show you upto 50 driver / vehicle locations.  If there are more assets to display (according to your search criteria) then you will have the option to go to the next page of results

Each pin is coloured and numbered.

Green = Available

Red = Unavailable

Grey = Availability Status unknown (driver has not declared their status)

The number in the pin corresponds to the entry in the table below the map which displays the following information:

Member Name / ID

Phone Number

Vehicle Size

Home Location

Last Tracked Time

If more than one vehicle is located within 5 miles of each other, they will be 'clustered' together and displayed as blue pin.  Click on the pin to 'uncluster' and see actual locations

Magnigying Glass icon (when clicked will open a new map in an overlay which zooms in and isoltes the driver for easy pinpointing of their current location)

View Map link (If there is a blue coloured 'View Map' link, clicking on it will open a new map in an overlay which displays any journeys the driver has registered on the system).  Start points are indicated with a green chequered flag, end points are indicated with a black chequered flag.

The route displayed is the most likely route according to Google.  This can be manipulated to force a route if the driver uses a via point E.g. if the the driver has a journey registered from Birmingham to London they can add a via point of Northampton to force the route to be displayed along the M1 rather than the M40
