Directory – The directory has been designed to allow easy, but powerful search of all Exchange members. Use the filters on the left to ensure you quickly find the member(s) you need. Members have been split into two categories; Companies and Drivers – this is purely for your convenience to further speed up the search process.
Returned results can then be sorted by using the 'Sort by' drop down menu located at the top left of the directory block
You can select the maximum number of results you wish to display per page using the drop down option located at the top right of the directory block.
Sort by options include:
Member Name – sorts your results by member name in an alphabetical order
Registration Date – helps you find members that have recently joined the exchange
Location – sorts by nearest member to the centre of the town / city entered
Rating – sorts results by placing the highest rated member first.
If this option is selected, then a 2nd option allows you to choose how far back you want feedback to be used to determine the result.
Companies are sorted according to the number of positive 'Payment' feedback scores received (highest first)
Drivers are sorted according to the number of positive 'Delivery' feedback scores received (highest first)
Results contain the following information:
Country flag - where the member is located
Member ID Number
Info Icon – clicking this icon will open up the member's 'accreditation overlay', which contains this member's full directory entry (more detail can be found in the help category 'Accreditation Overlay'
Phone Number – Main contact telephone number
Delivery Feedback Score – Displays how many accounts of ‘Delivery’ Feedback received in the time frame selected from the ‘sort by’ drop down
Payment Feedback Score - Displays how many accounts of ‘Payment’ Feedback received in the time frame selected from the ‘sort by’ drop down
