Results Table

The results table is direct reflection of the pins visible on the LAM.  The results in the table will automatically change according to your search criteria or zoom level.

Items per page – Select how many results you want to display per page (the more results per page you select, the slower the search will be performed)

Each row contains the following information:

Pin Number / Availability Status (coloured square) – The number represents the corresponding pin number on the LAM, the colour represents the driver's availability status

Member Name / ID - the member name and ID displayed will be the name / ID number of the driver only if the driver has their own Exchange Membership.  If the driver does not have their own Exchange membership then the name / ID number will be that of the driver's 'Parent Company'

Phone Number – the phone number displayed will be the direct phone number of the driver if the driver has their own Exchange Membership.  If the driver does not have their own Exchange membership then the phone number will be that of the driver's 'Parent Company'

Vehicle Size – displays the size of the vehicle the driver is currently driving

Current Location – displays the town and postcode of the driver's current location

Home Location – displays the home location of the driver if the driver has their own Exchange Membership. If the driver does not have their own exchange membership then the home location is that of the parent company

Last Tracked – displays the time that the driver was last tracked at

Magnifying Glass Icon – clicking this icon will open an overlay map isolating this drivers current location

JourneysIF the driver has a journey registered then this column will display a 'view map' text link.  Clicking on it will open an overlay map showing the route of the registered journey.

It is important to remember that Live Availability and Journeys are two very separate things and they should not be confused with each other.  However combining all the information together (location, availability and planned routes) can be used to establish whether a driver may suit your needs

NB – If you are viewing your own drivers then the name, ID, telephone number and home location will be the actual driver's details rather your company's
