Post Load

If you have a load that you need to post on the exchange you can do that here.  There are 3 types of load you can now post select one:

On Demand – select if you need to post an urgent same day load

Regular Load – select if you need to post a regular load that re-occurs frequently

Daily Hire – select if looking to hire a van and driver for a time period rather than for a specific load

Expanded Sections

The forms have been split into various sections to make it easier to navigate around.  By default each section is in a 'collapsed' state so that you can quickly enter the minimum required information for the load to be posted

To expand a section click on the triangle in the bottom left corner.  If you want to expand all sections, then click on the blue text link 'Expand all sections'

The 'Post Load' form and layout is re-used when you later confirm the load and need to enter the additional information that the expanded sections show.  This information does not need to be added when posting the load

Matching available members to your load

When the load has been posted the system will match the load with appropriate members using the following criteria:

If the pick up location falls within the home notification radius of a member (as defined by the other member) and they have the right size vehicle within their fleet or through one of their regular sub-contractors, they will be informed of the load by their preferred notification medium (SMS or email AND the notification bar)

If a tracked driver is within the stated distance (as defined by you at the bottom of the post load form) then they will be informed of the load by their preferred notification medium (SMS or email AND the notification bar)  Tip – use a smaller radius if the collection is urgent to only inform drivers that are in the area
