The Exchange now requires you to register each vehicle you wish to submit Return Journeys for. Your subscription will have a quota of vehicles you can add to your account. You do not have to own the vehicle, the vehicle can be leased or hired, but must be registered to you.
Adding a Company Vehicle
Click on the green ‘Add a company driver’ button to a new driver
The coloured LED icon indicates 2 things:
Grey – No Documents uploaded
Green – All documents are compliant
Amber – At least one of the uploaded documents are within one month of expiry/renewal
Red – At least one of the uploaded documents is not compliant and has passed the expiry/renewal date
Clicking on the blue ‘Documents’ link will allow you to upload and manage compliance type documents you wish to associate with this vehicle. These details are not publicly visible
Click on the pencil icon to edit the company vehicle profile
Click on the cross icon, if you want to remove this vehicle from your driver list and regain the quota allocation which has been used.
