I did not receive an email notification

If you believe you should have received a notification for a GTM (that you may have seen on the system for example), then, please check the following BEFORE reporting it as a fault.

  • Check that the Load was for a vehicle that is WITHIN your range
  • Check that load was not posted by a member you have blocked or that has blocked you
  • Check that you do not have a Return Journey logged on the system (Owner Drivers)

If, after you have checked ALL of the above and you still believe you should have received the notification, then please submit a support ticket with the following detail:

  • Your ID number
  • Where the load is 'from' and 'to' (including the 'from' county if you can)
  • The ref number - this is the Ref number that can be seen in the top corner of the load listing.
  • Current Location
