AOL Users - How to de-cache your browser

If you are an AOL user and you are experiencing difficulties with our web sites, you may want to de-cache your browser, which in many cases has proved to resolve the issue.
  • Click on Settings
  • Click on Preferences and Essentials
  • Click on Internet Web Browsing Settings
  • Click on Clear My Footprints
  • Select > Cache, and Cookies
  • Click on Clear Selected Footprints
